SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICIES
All our packages are currently shipped to you either by USPS Priority or First Class Mail.
NEED TO CANCEL AN ORDER?
If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We want to get our items shipped to you quickly, and this ensures that there are no unnecessary delays.
NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM?
In order to return or exchange an item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Customized or personalized orders are exempt from being returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective. However, if you have an issue with sizing on a customized order, please contact us to see if we can assist you. We are here to help, and making sure you are satisfied with your order is our priority!
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
SHIPPING BACK TO US
Please return all products to the following address: P.O. Box 142, V roqua, WI 54665. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the original item will be deducted from your refund.
